1. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories and manuals.
Refunds apply to physical Sirius XM radio kits only. Digital items, subscriptions, and activated services are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following cannot be refunded:
Activated Sirius XM subscriptions or services
Opened or used radio kits
Downloadable software or digital content
Clearance or “final sale” items (marked as such at checkout)
Shipping fees (unless the error is ours)
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
Contact us at contact@buyxmrradio.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Approved items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item does not meet return eligibility, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank or credit card account.
Then contact your bank or credit card company—processing may take several days.
