At Buy XM Rradio, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free refund policy for all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories and manuals.

  • Refunds apply to physical Sirius XM radio kits only. Digital items, subscriptions, and activated services are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following cannot be refunded:

  • Activated Sirius XM subscriptions or services

  • Opened or used radio kits

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Clearance or “final sale” items (marked as such at checkout)

  • Shipping fees (unless the error is ours)

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact us at contact@buyxmrradio.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

  3. Approved items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item does not meet return eligibility, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company—processing may take several days.

  • Still no refund? Email us at contact@buyxmrradio.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
