1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in new, unused condition
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included
The product must not be damaged or altered in any way
Non-returnable items include:
Activated Sirius XM subscriptions
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
Email us at contact@buyxmrradio.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
